  • Responsible for preparing and planning food for customers.
  • Regulates own work flow to assure food freshness, quality, quantity, temperature, minimize waste.
  • Responsible for safe handling of all food.

  • Inventories and orders products efficiently.
  • Baking skills and knowledge.
  • Culinary Education preferred.
  • Read, write legibly, math, measure ingredients.
  • Food Safety Training with in first 60 days in position.
  • Prefer some cooking background and basic food preparation knowledge.
  • Functions as a team member.
  • Subject to excessive heat, cold and noise.
  • Is required to use food processor, hand tools, can openers, scales, measuring cups and spoons.
  • Standing most of the day. Operate and Maintain equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Adjust recipes by expanding or reducing.
