POSITION TITLE:                                Todos Juntos/Baker Prairie MS Site Manager                                           

PAY RATE:                                               $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually

Program components to include Case Coordination of At-Risk/CORE youth, as well as structured after school activities for middle school students

• Identified CORE youth will receive services that address basic needs and academic issues. To include; Evidence-based prevention and early intervention programming provided within the school setting, including academic assistance, truancy prevention, community awareness and mobilization, conflict resolution and interpersonal skill development, leadership and positive youth development, and mentoring.
• Supervision/Facilitation of other Program Delivery Activities open to the student body as needed and to include identified Program Components.
• Identifying, hiring and firing of local support staff.
