Job Requirement
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position directs and manages the daily activities and operations of the Human Resources Department and its divisions. Ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
· Recruitment
· Employee Benefits
· Workers' Compensation
· Risk Management
· Employee & Labor Relations (Experience in labor union contract negotiations & arbitrations)
· Classification & Compensation
· HR
Legal Compliance
This position requires 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources management including 2 years of administrative and supervisory responsibility over three (3) or more human resources functions. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Previous experience as a Deputy or Director level preferred.
