Sales Representative, F/T, Assist in Improving supply chain management for logistics solutions. Support sales presentations to prospective customers. Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation. Communicate to customers of sales orders. Keep internal and external customers informed of status of orders, issues, etc. Ensure customer requirements (product codes, customer specs, SOW, equipment, labeling, etc.) are added to and maintained in the customer master records. Inform pricing to customers and delivery dates. Inform management of inventory overages/shortages or significant changes in customer order patterns.
