The requirements for this position is 48 hours per month and 24 of those hours must be weekends.
Provides for the delivery of care of the patient through the utilization of the nursing process maintaining competency in age-specific criteria. Directs and guides patient/family teaching. Directs and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Nurse practices within the legal scope of practice as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. Current Licensure to practice in the state of Louisiana. Current American Heart BLS required. Current ACLS and PALS required. Previous emergency room experience required.
Work Type: Flex (PRN)
Work Shift: Day/Evening/Nights with rotating weekends
