Architectural Services for Single Project

The Garza County Health Care District intends to contract for architectural services for the design of a Physical Therapy Facility in Post, Texas.  The Health Care District proposes that the firm be designated Architect in Charge and handle all required activities for this project herein.

Firms interested in being considered to be contracted to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications (SOQ) no later than 3 p.m. March 17, 2021.  Statements received after the deadline will not be considered.

Statements of qualifications shall include information regarding the firm’s history; education and experience of key personnel; technical expertise of the firm’s current staff; firm’s experience operating as an architectural firm; availability of staff, firm’s equipment and facilities; design approach; and references.

Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked based on their qualifications.  Following this evaluation, the Garza County Health Care District will enter into negotiations with the selected firm.

Preliminary Project Description:

To establish a contract for Architectural Services for the Garza County Health District’s Physical Therapy Center.  The firm will also be responsible for construction administration.
