We need Utility Maintenance Technicians to work Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, you must be flexible to work outside these hours if needed. 

Duties: 

• Clean all offices and clean, sanitize restrooms, and replenish janitorial supplies as required
• Vacuum, strip, and wax floors, and replace throw carpets as required
• Spot clean windows, perform general cleaning, and dusting
• Dispose all trash from waste baskets and receptacles
• Clean second plant, change filters and compressors, and handle clean-outs
• Pump Wash tank assembly and put up oil/control barrels
• Perform other functions as required

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 5 years experience in cleaning with knowledge of various equipment and supplies
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must be a self-starter, have a aptitude for neatness, and can work with minimum spervision
• Must have the ability to use vacuum cleaner, floor scrubbers, and polishers
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift and carry 35 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed
