Maintenance Technician

SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS

Small, family-owned business is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its 128 unit apartment complex located in St. Ann, MO.

Candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical work, installation of gas stoves, gas water heaters, and gas furnaces. Knowledge in refrigerator and gas stove repair required. Experience with through-the-wall air conditioners a plus. Some light carpentry work required which would include but is not limited to installation of storm doors and repair of same, installation of exterior door surrounds, grounds maintenance, etc. ABILITY TO INSTALL GAS WATER HEATERS AND FURNACES REQUIRED! Ownership of Truck or Utility Vehicle helpful. Although not a requirement, those who are HVAC certified will be considered first.

Medical/Dental insurance paid 100% by employer for employee only. We also offer 401 (K) profit sharing with company match, along with a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with very little (if any) overtime or on-call. Paid holidays are provided as well, with vacation time after one-year of service.
