Luxor Workspaces is seeking an organized Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the activities of revenue operations function. Attention to detail and a preference for process is essential to finding success in this role. Candidates must also be able to work cross-departmentally and be comfortable interacting with many levels of our organization, with the propensity to work through ambiguity and achieve buy-in across a variety of teams and stakeholders.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional support to the operations function to optimize revenue generation and retention through solution selling and lead generation efforts
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales teams, Customer Service and Operations teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data
  • Coordinates revenue operations related support/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting
  • Provide direct user support on Salesforce and NetSuite (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales teams
  • Implement and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.
  • Maintain reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the marketing, sales, customer service, and revenue operations functions
  • Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data
  • Liaison with purchasing regarding inventory management, quoting and order logistics in conjunction with the Manager of Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales Leadership team
    • Coordinates order logistics coordination with operations, supply chain, and sales
    • Out of ordinary pricing & quoting
    • Lead times of large orders, containers, OOS items
    • Analyze sales orders and quotes to identify areas of opportunity

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact/liaise with several other departments to assist in customer experience/retention and revenue generating activities
  • Generate weekly/monthly reporting of revenue operations related KPIs, projects, campaign results, etc.
  • Identify process breakdown and assist in fixing and documenting SOPs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Commitment to utilizing CRM software and managing via CRM software, Salesforce preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to attend floor days or tradeshows if need arises

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of customer service/sales/marketing/revenue operations support experience
  • 1-3 years of CRM and ERP systems experience

 

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

  • Intermediate PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Word
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Outlook
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience using Contact Databases (ZoomInfo preferred)
  • Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) to review customer and product data
