Medical Assistant III - Connor Integrative Health: Warrensville Heights
Position Summary/Essential Duties:
This position is responsible for independently performing advanced Medical Assistant duties which may include advanced procedures specific to department, coordination of the work for other Medical Assistants, or performing patient or population based care navigation.
Completely independent with all front desk duties specific to department, including scheduling patients, collecting and verifying patient payor information and other patient documentation.
Assists manager with developing and facilitating process improvement initiatives.

Minimum three or more years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant required.
Certification as a Medical Assistant required. (Six months to obtain the certification at time of effective date in role).
This position is with our Connor Integrative Health Network. This team provides specialized services that embraces the benefits of providing healing with a more integrative approach. In addition to the 3 years of required experience, this medical assistant needs to be able to work with multiple providers each day, performing intake for telehealth visits, handling prior authorizations, managing schedules, etc. This position requires occasional travel to our office locations in Rocky River and Mayfield Heights when needed.
