Manager of Solution Delivery required with McKinsey & Company.

Work will be performed at 2 office locations (Summit, NJ & Jersey City, NJ). Work closely with Periscope leadership & diverse McKinsey resources to define, set-up & manage service delivery process. Lead & engage with client representatives & McKinsey consult in joint problem-solving sessions.

Requires Bachelor's in Business, Engineering or related discpl. Minimum 5 years experience in field of IT, consult or business intel either in job offered or Solution Specialist or related occupation. Experience with SQL, Tableau & Alteryx tools. Ability to convert data into real world insights to drive business decisions. Experience working with large databases & data visualize tools in CPG & Retail. Experience understanding & communicating analytical models; leading client engagement & deploying solutions; working in highly entrepreneurial environment with teams & sponsor on regular basis. Domain expertise (Marketing, Sales & Retail).
