Sales/Customer Service Representative

Are you competitive? Do you like to talk to people? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, then join our team! We are looking for a dynamic, sales oriented individual to grow our readership through subscription sales, and to ensure subscriber satisfaction. The right person will have experience in sales and/or marketing and a passion for exceptional customer service. They will also be detail oriented, self-motivated and have good communication skills along with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to go to and from sales calls, a good driving record and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales and marketing programs to increase subscriptions. This will include working with various business owners to create partnerships where we can sell papers at their place of business, creating contests, working with our marketing department to create ad campaigns etc. as well as individual efforts to sell subscriptions via phone or in person. The major customer service responsibilities include: answering phones, maintaining subscriber accounts, retention efforts and assisting contractors with supplies.
