Agronomy Equipment Technician Responsibilities *Correct all equipment deficiencies and preform preventative maintenance on all co-op owned equipment as needed or directed by management. *Ability to perform thorough inspection of fleet vehicles, equipment and identify any problems that may be an issue. *Able to work on diesel and gas engines. *Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections, scheduled PM's and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts and replace. *Be able to keep accurate records on maintenance and service work performed on all vehicles. *Class B CDL with air brakes required or able obtain in 90 days. *Service and lube all company vehicles *Welding and fabrications skill *Self-started with a good temperament *Responsible for own tools and Shop Cleanliness *And any other related duties needed Bleyhl Co-op is a growing company, offering a competitive wage and benefit package.
