Central States Fumigation has an exciting opportunity for a Crew Lead in the Salina area.

Headquartered out of Salina, we are looking for an experience fumigator that posses a CDL with Hazmat endorsements to lead a crew in the day-to-day operational activities in the grain fumigation business. This position is required to provide job specific training, safety training and environmental processes that are required to meet operational and customer requirements.

Experience Requirements:

· 1-3 years fumigation experience

· Applicators Certification or have the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment

· CDL with Hazmat or have the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment

· Understanding of standard software applications

· Management of others

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:

· Able to move freely throughout our customer facilities to include climbing vertical heights, carrying tools and equipment.

· Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, noise and chemicals.

· Must be able to wear protective equipment to include full-face respirators or self-contained breathing apparatus.

· Required to travel to remote customer locations that will require overnights.
