The DPW has a 6-month, full-time position available for a Mechanic. Duties include maintenance and repair work on Town equipment and vehicles, maintaining records of repair orders, perform auto body work and related welding & metal working, and answer road calls. MA Class B Commercial Driver's License and MA Class 2A Hoisting Engineer's License required. High school diploma and three to five years of experience in vehicle/ equipment repair and maintenance required Salary in accordance with AFSCME contract.  CORI check and mandatory drug testing upon hire.
