The Daily Telegram in Adrian, MI, has an immediate opening for an experienced pressmen to run our Goss Community.

Minimum of 3 years experience running Goss Community or equivalent presses. We will consider a candidate for training with a demonstrable mechanical background and aptitude. Must be able to produce quality work, diagnose and trouble-shoot problems, as well as maintain color consistency and registration throughout the run. 

Duties will include bending plates, paper handling, color registration and ink setting, set up of press and daily maintenance and repair of the press such as set and install rollers, blankets, trolleys, knives, etc. 

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of press operations, have the ability to carry out instructions, possess good verbal, listening and interpersonal skills. Dependability and promptness to meet deadlines is essential. Applicant must be able to lift 75 lbs. 

There are openings on multiple shifts and weekend work is a requirement.
