Maintenance Worker

RLJ Management seeks 20 hour weekly multi-family maintenance worker.  Qualified applicants will have valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, pass background check and drug screening. Duties include inspections, grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical, painting and appliance repair.
