LADIES ROOM DAY MATRON

  Restroom Attendant at L'Atelier will be responsible for maintaining the restroom facilities in an impeccable and sanitary state during operational hours by following the standards of the L’Atelier Brand. This role will set the stage for the experience the guest will have while frequenting the restroom by greeting the guest upon entrance and ensuring the facilities are clean and fully stocked. The restroom attendant will also provide personal care items in addition to cleaning duties. 

Your Responsiblilities:
Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner and showing the guests to an unoccupied restroom. 

Maintain communications with guests when all restrooms are occupied regarding the status and manage the flow of guests in restrooms. 

Restocking of supplies; hand towels, soap, lotion, deodorizer and toilet paper. 

Perform restroom inspections on cleanliness and ensure that garbage is not overflowing. 

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping, wiping sinks, counters and other surfaces, cleaning toilets and mirrors, and emptying garbage receptacles. While cleaning, make sure that the guests are not hindered by the cleaning duties. 

Surfaces should be kept clean, dry and free of finger prints. 

Ensure a pleasant odor in all areas of the restroom facilities. 

Monitor and respond to inappropriate guest behavior and following the Safety and Security protocols. 

Handle any complaints or concerns and elevate to manager when necessary. 

Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; completes daily checklist and side work assignments. 

Maintain a gracious, pleasant and friendly attitude, while contributing to a team work-based work environment. 

Take pride in your appearance while adhering to the Dress & Appearance Policy. 

Create an experience in such a way that guests feel compelled to return to the restaurant.

Your Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a restroom attendant in a fine dining restaurant preferred. 

Ability to read, speak and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents in English. 

Ability to stay focus and well organized at all time while performing job. 

Ability to interact with guests in an enthusiastic and polite manner. 

Ability to work a flexible schedule. 

Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions. 

Ability to reach or lift up to 30 pounds. 

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
