Transportation Planner/ Engineer Belomar Regional Council, located in Wheeling WV is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual with a degree in planning, engineering or related field. Job Description: Successful candidate will have understanding of transportation planning principles as related to the metropolitan planning. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and databases is required. Training or experience in transportation planning is desirable. This position will assist in the development of transportation plan, studies and programs. Successful candidate would have quantitative and writing skills and be able to work with stakeholders. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in planning, engineering or related fields is required. Experience or course work in transportation planning is desirable.
