Oversee all major divisions (Workforce, Education and Early Childhood) of the organization, perform operator duties for the PA CareerLink centers in Westmoreland/Fayette Counties and assist with the implementation of the diversity, equity and inclusion plan. Education: B.S. in Business, Education Economics or related field. Experience: 8 years of senior managerial experience implementing and managing grant funded programs and with developing business partnerships working for a non-profit agency, highly preferred. Salary - $82,176 - $87,776 - Full Time/Full Benefits.
