RESPONSIBILITIES
NSA's Talent Management team is currently looking for well-organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals for dynamic and challenging HR Field Advisor positions. HR Field Advisors at NSA deliver vital human resource services to prepare employees for field assignments across the Extended Enterprise and provide continuous support to employees throughout their tours. Responsibilities of an HR Field Advisor may include, but are not limited to: - Process and track all field positions ensuring appropriate overlaps are maintained between rotations. - Create, retire, and modify rotational positions as required to meet mission requirements. - Communicate with field personnel, partners, and stakeholders, providing them with information/products they need to meet requirements of the site. This includes but is not limited to coordinating training, travel, and scheduling appointments. - Process civilian personnel time and attendance and serve as liaison with the payroll office regarding additional benefits and entitlements; process requests for travel authorizations. - Serve as a government travel card representative and process government travel vouchers - Analyze and evaluate organizations' current staffing, including turnover, vacancies, and current recruiting strategies to identify and forecast future staffing challenges. - Assist with recruiting highly specialized and hard-to-fill positions, planning and executing creative recruitment campaigns to locate and identify highly qualified candidates for all positions. - Able to interpret and be familiar with Department of Defense, Department of State and Foreign Affairs policies, procedures and regulations regarding travel.

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $50,643 - $116,788 (Entry - Full Performance) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hour/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible). On-the-job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
