Donor Engagement Coordinator

Rappahannock United Way is seeking a full-time team member to work in our Resource Development Department providing support for events, donor relations, sponsorships, database maintenance and donor communications. The role of the Donor Engagement Coordinator is to coordinate the consistent, relevant and timely Ask, Thank and Inform activities for both individual and corporate donors and to support the revenue generating functions of Resource Development Department.

This position requires multi-tasking, flexibility, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are a must. 1 to 3 years of prior relevant work experience is desired. Experience with donor relationships and nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
