| CASE MANAGER Child Advocacy Center seeks qualified candidates for full time Case Manager. This position provides preventative case management services to those families at risk of being chronically involved in the investigative aspect of the child welfare system. Case management facilitates the achievement of client wellness and autonomy through the advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, resource management and service facilitation. Bachelors degree in human services related field is required.
