SOUS CHEF
Glen Eyrie Conference Center, is seeking a FT Sous Chef. This position is responsible for the oversight of and production of the food in the production kitchen as well as overseeing procurement within the department. The Sous Chef's culinary; management skills and experience facilitate the from-scratch preparation of whole, fresh delicious and nourishing foods, while maintaining a harmonious, clean and orderly work environment. Health and welfare benefits are offered; salary is DOE.
