Positions:

Physician: Starting at $200,000

Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner: Starting at $120,000

This practice offers primary care providers an alternative to the corporate environment of medicine which is increasingly witnessing provider burn-out. Practice is supportive and flexible and can adapt to individual needs. We offer a full range of primary care services to our patients, including preventative care, acute care, and care coordination. Robust care management team is on-site to assist with high-risk, high-need patients and practice seeks to expand this resource. Daily patient load approximately 18 to 20 patients per day during 8 hour shift with 1 hour break. On call and Saturday morning rotation, currently every 7 to 8 weeks.
