Therapy Director

The Special Learning Center seeks a full-time Therapy Director to lead its therapy department. The therapy director will supervise a staff of 20 occupational, speech and physical therapists; manage the administration of therapy department activities including process referrals, sche-duling, ensure grant and contracted deliverables are met, manage the department budget and ensure overall program quality. Position will serve as a liaison to other Special Learning Center Departments, school districts, referring agencies and other stakeholders. Successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Candidate must have leadership experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and possess the ability to problem solve and successfully cultivate a team environment and partnership across departments within the organization.
