HEAVY HIGHWAY INSTRUCTOR Immediate full-time opening for a Heavy Highway Instructor that is responsible for presenting instruction in highway construction. Must have experience in the Heavy Highway Construction field with certification in OSHA-10, as well trade certification. Experience with hazard communication, rod tying, scaffolding, rigging, concrete, and line and grade required. NCCER Certification in Highway Heavy Construction strongly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of employment. •Valid PA teaching certification or accreditation by a professional trade organization required. Must have 1 year relevant teaching/training experience. •Must have valid driver’s license, prefer valid PA CDL.
