Assists in repairs, installation and inspection of building HVAC equipment, pumps, compressors, refrigeration and other mechanical equipment assigned. Performs scheduled evaluation of equipment and preventive maintenance and repairs. Takes care of request for service calls in a timely and effective manner. Provides a high level of customer service, when running calls and assures that the customer is completely satisfied with the results. Performs all required TMA functions to assure that work tickets and PM's are completed satisfactorily and that the work orders are closed as soon as completed. This is an Essential Personnel position, which can require that the incumbent must report for duty and work through emergencies, and also can be designated by the supervisor as essential for the accomplishment of work, or for the completion of a critical task.
