The Cohoes Housing Authority is seeking a Full time Building Maintenance Mechanic for 40 hours per week with a starting pay of $46,404.80 per year. 

Duties involve a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks of a skilled nature. Where candidates may be experienced in one of the recognized skilled trades, they must also perform considerable work wherein they utilize skills of several other trades.
