City Concrete Company is a family owned and run company serving the Northwest, Dallas Fort Worth area.

We are looking for several new members to join us. We are hiring a full time Plant Operator/Dispatcher for the facility. Knowledge of concrete, construction and mechanical repairs is a plus and will have a reflection in the starting wages.

Plant operator/ dispatcher is responsible for all of the day to day operations of the plant, scheduling employees, taking and dispatching orders, batching concrete, ordering inventory, making sure all daily paperwork is recorded, along with all other daily activities.

Current CDL is preferred as you may need to help move a truck or help on a delivery from time to time.

This is a full time 5-6 days per week position.

Hours are dictated by the weather and customer demand.
