The Advertising Sales/Operations Assistant provides professional and friendly service to our customers by phone and through email, and works with our sales and design teams on multi-media advertising orders.

Every day is different, so our ad assistant must have the ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks and perform quick and accurate data entry. Solid communication skills are critical--customers will work with you through phone calls and emails, and your team will rely on you for accuracy, excellent spelling and good grammar. Some outbound calling to advertisers to assist with their advertising needs. This position reports to the Operations Manager and will help with the office manager duties. 

After initial in-office training, this position can be a hybrid of remote and in-office in Steamboat or Craig.

This position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during business hours. Hourly pay plus bonus plan.
