Job purpose

Develop and plan the local and international expansion of the company.  Research the transfer of goods, international marketing and methods of distribution.  As well as, manage the front and back end of all Recycle 2 Support fundraiser and events to ensure successful outcomes that result in the growth of the Company.

Duties and responsibilities

·                                 Develop international business plan

·                                 Conduct foreign market research

·                                 Evaluate methods of distributing company goods internationally

·         Perform key analysis of transporting company goods into international markets ensuring the company is in accordance with their regulations.

·                                 International and R2S website

·                                 Plan/Coordinate all fundraisers and company sponsorship events

·                                 Modernize and the redesign of the R2s website

·                                 Record and Maintain weekly poundage reports

·                                 Create, Maintain and submit monthly Profit and Loss reports

·                                 Compare analysis of Profit and Loss reports to previous fiscal year

·                                 Process, Cut and distribute customer checks

·         Assist all customers via telephone or email from donation centers with general questions, fundraising requests and technical website issues

·         Design and oversee the addition of a subdomain to the website for customers to create their own fundraisers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business required
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in coordinating fundraising events
• 2 years of extensive International Marketing experience required
• Previous management position preferred
• Global strategic thinking ability
• Excellent in-person networking ability
• Ability to work in a diverse workplace
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 1 Year experience in Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Acrobat X Pro required
