Maintain and administer computer systems, servers and networks including hardware, systems/application software and all configurations. Install and configure Tivolo Storage Manager (v6.2, 5.5) back up agents running on Windows, Linux, HP-UX, Solaris Servers. Perform analysis and participate in designing database structures for the project. Participate in designing and implementing ITSM, Collaboration and workflow management systems. Design, implement, configure and administer enterprise wide service management system using platforms such as ServiceNow. Use ServiceNow, TSM, Avamar, Linux, Oracle. 

Required: Master degree in Computer Science with 6 months experience as System Administrator or Software Developer. Related experience must include using ServiceNow, TSM, Avamar.
