Job Description:

A Fort Smith Area company is seeking a hard-working Field Supervisor to manage the day to day field operations and to also support its Material Handling Group.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Industrial OSHA Training
• Proven successful experience in supervising field operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to travel
• Oversee a crew of 4 to 6 individuals
• Read Cad and 3D drawings
• Reporting Time of crew
• Complete JSA’s and Toolbox Talks
• Works with P/M to develop schedules
• Provides scope of work and leadership to team members
• Ensures team has tools needed for the scope of work
• Authority on Safety issues
• Represents FISG group in strategic project meetings
• Provides feedback for evaluations
