General: Warehouse Team Leader for our Pollocksville Service Center.

Summary:

Responsible for directing the warehouse work flow in a safe, effective manner by properly leading and directing employees on all matters relating to safety, job performance, attendance and quality of work, etc. Ensure orders are picked and packed according to the pick tickets and properly stacked on pallets or carts, in expected quantities and securely wrapped. 

Physical Demands: 

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, feel, or handle; employee must regularly reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and/or vibration. The noise level in this environment is usually loud.
