Sebastiano Tomarchio dba Bald Eagle Farms, Harrisonville, NJ now hiring 8 temporary Farmworkers to work in Gloucester County, NJ from 4/10/2018 to 10/16/2018. Hourly wage of $12.05 or piece rates of $0.16/lb to harvest grape tomatoes to $1.35/100 ft. to tie tomatoes, whichever is higher. Perform manual labor to plant, cultivate, harvest, grade and pack grape and round tomatoes and cole crops. Perform prolonged walking, bending, reaching, twisting and lifting, carrying and loading of up to 45 lbs. Physical stamina and hand dexterity is required. Work may be outside in extremely hot, cold and/or wet weather for extensive periods of time. One month of vegetable planting, harvesting and packing experience required. Three quarters of an average of 40 hours/week guaranteed. Employer may pay an end of season bonus to workers that complete the season based upon crop condition, profitability of the company for the current year, number of lbs. picked, number of hours worked and compliance with work rules. Tools, supplies and equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost if outside commuting area. If applicable, transportation and subsistence expense to the job will be paid upon completion of 50% of the employment period, or earlier.
