Software Engineering Manager, Client and User Support, FactSet Research Systems Inc., Norwalk, CT: Manages a team of software engineers or projects within Client & User Support.

Minimum Requirements: BA, or higher, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field & 2 years software engineering industry experience with: C++, C#, SQL, JavaScript for Windows & Web programming for Multi-threaded, multi-server & multi-user environment, SQL databases, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco IOS-based voice routers, SIP, XMPP, and XML-RPC. Must also have experience designing/enhancing, implementing, & maintaining software for proprietary workstations; developing internal web applications for consulting groups; developing and maintaining internal client side and server side software for consulting groups.
