Behr Process Corporation seeks an SAP Business Systems Manager for its Santa Ana office. Duties: Manage the relationship between IT and Behr Operations Teams (Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation and Manufacturing); Ensure that IT initiatives related to these functions are aligned to the department and corporate strategy; Manage the SAP modules and ancillary systems that support these functional areas; Manage and grow the team of IT Business Analysts that support these functions; Work closely with other IT managers and IT Leadership to ensure the smooth running of the IT Department; Continue to understand SAP and related technologies that will enable the functional teams to solve business problems and explore new growth opportunities; Interface with Internal and External auditors as necessary to maintain full compliance with all policies, procedures and corporate controls. Supervise 6 employees. Travel Required: Three to four domestic trips per year. Each trip is roughly one week in duration. Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related and 7 years of experience in supply chain management. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or any combination of education equivalent to a Bachelors degree as determined by a professional educational evaluation service and seven years of progressive experience in supply chain management. Position requires SAP SCM SNP-Optimizer & DP Experience; Process Manufacturing Automation example Factory Talk-PLCs; ERP: PP-PI, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Materials Management (MRP) & Logistics Execution: IM, WW; Understanding of ASAP development methodology or equivalent; Understanding of SAP development and configuration methods; and Project Management experience.
