Job Description

A local contractor is seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time opportunity.  You will back-up receptionist, pay vendors and utilities, post deposits, process credit card payments, utilize QuickBooks, keep track of purchase oders, assist with typing up job quotes, and perform other duties as assigned.  

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have previous administrative and QuickBooks experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have an eye for detail, and must be reliable.   Only those candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
