Customer Planning Manager - BlueTriton Brands, Inc. (Stamford, CT): Acquire deep understanding of demand drivers at select customers & ensure that models are calibrated as needed. Work with Field Sales & understand all of specific customer demand drivers & utilize predictive modeling with causal factor inputs to ensure most accurate volume forecast is captured in Trade Promotion Management system at customer/product level. Requires Master's (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Math, Business Analytics, Finance or related field & 1 year experience in job offered or performing stat forecasting. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Math, Business Analytics, Finance or related field & 3 years experience in job offered or performing statistic forecasting. Position also requires experience with following: Stat techniques including regression analysis, linear modeling, & time-series analysis; experience in demand forecasting & data analysis; experience in data management using SQL & advanced Excel functions, VBA & Pivot Tables; & experience in working with offshore teams & key stakeholders cross functionally to implement process improvements. Less than 10% travel required for business meetings.
