Systems Analyst

SCPDC is accepting resumes to fill Systems Analyst position. The individual should possess a bachelor's degree to an accredited university with at least 2 years' experience in a related
field of work. Systems Analyst will be expected to manage user accounts in Active Directory and exchange for office personnel. Manage inventory listing and plan changes to office work stations such as replacement of old pc's including the process of quoting out and assisting with the purchase of new equipment for program activity. The applicant will be expected to assist users with setting up for presentations at meetings within and outside of the agency. As well as complete troubleshooting of user's issues on a case by
case basis using an internal ticket system.

Applicant must also be able to:

• Modify port settings for Vlan's on a Dell layer 3 network switch. In addition to managing all firewall settings with multiple failover WAN connections and VPN connections also including scheduling down time and installing system patches to keep updated.
• Have a working understanding of SIP connections and VoIP phone systems including managing PBX servers (creating extensions, ring groups and IVR's) as well as provisioning
  endpoints (including loading firmware and configs over TFTP)
• Maintain internal servers including backups, updates, and configuration changes including Windows domain controllers, Exchange server2016, file servers, and CentOS PBX
  servers.
• It is beneficial if the applicant is familiar with Storagecraft backup software and if the applicant understands the use of failover power including UPS batteries and generator
  transfer switches in a datacenter environment.
• Familiar with Amazon Cloud servers (AWS) a plus Beginning salary will be approximately $50,000 depending on knowledge and experience.
