Position Summary:
The position pays between $65,000 and $75,000 annual salary.

The Data Analyst provides data management, data visualization including mapping, and reporting support for key initiatives related to growth of the business.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• College degree in a quantitative field preferred or a combination of education and related experience
• Minimum two years related data analytics experience
• Strong technical skills and ability to work with, manipulate and cleanse large data sets
• Highly numerate and comfortable working with numbers
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience
• Intermediate skills in either SQL, SAS, R, Python or other analytical languages with the ability to learn new programming languages and analytical tools and platforms
• Experience creating presentations and dashboards or other data visualizations
• Strong desire to learn and comfort in a dynamic environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Using programming, take large data sets from multiple sources, match and deduplicate them and provide key statistics and visualizations (graphs and charts).
2. Organize, match, and cleanse files in preparation for modeling, preparing visualizations for client presentations, and developing dashboards.
3. Work cross-functionally, in the participation of the development of new database initiative, then assume responsibility for maintenance, enhancements and use of the database.
4.  Create visualizations including mapping.
5. Provide Extract, Transfer and Load (ETL) for monthly processes with files containing millions of records and develop automation to support recurring processes.
6. Provide file management in any of the following ways: file preparation for modeling, applying segmentation for direct marketing, delivering basic information on files to support insights.
7. Identify, propose and incorporate new sources of data to better enable analytics. 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
General Office Environment.  Extensive computer use required.
