As the Property Manager of our self-storage facility, you will:

• Lease storage units to prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers.
• Participate in marketing of the storage units
• Prepare financial reports, deposits and complete collection activities on delinquent accounts
• Keep the property clean and in good repair
• Make ready vacated units
• Purchase supplies and services when needed
• Minimal on-call is expected
• Some weekend work may be required

What you need to be successful:

The qualified candidate will have previous experience managing a storage unit, excellent computer skills, and a passion and dedication to a job well done.  Previous experience with self-storage management is preferred!
