Are you a dynamic individual with an interest in a career in insurance? Our summer internship is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day functions of an insurance agency. You’ll gain an understanding of the insurance brokerage industry by working alongside our sales and services team. All while working in a great environment. In this role you will:

• Perform a multitude of duties across agency divisions to develop knowledge and skills.
• Become familiar and knowledgeable of various company processes and procedures, including the use of the sales management system and various account management processes.
• Observe our sales team as they pursue the sale of various types of insurance businesses and/or individuals.
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and participate in special projects.

You have:

• A junior or senior actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in insurance as a career
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments
• Demonstrate a high degree of dependability and motivation
