We are seeking a Loan Operations Manager. This individual manages a centralized loan services department to ensure smooth daily operations and work flow. Functions include document preparation, payment processing, general ledger balancing, monthly certifications, and collateral custody. Generally, this position would require eight or more years of experience, with a minimum of three years extensive loan operations or note department experience. This position requires the ability to train, mentor, and supervise staff members. We are also seeking a Loan Operations Specialist. This individual assists in a centralized loan services department. Functions include document preparation, payment processing, general ledger balancing, monthly certifications, and collateral custody. Generally, this position would require two or more years of experience, with prior loan operations or note department experience preferred.
