Berkshire Money Management is growing!

BMM is looking for a financial advisor to oversee a new branch office in Berkshire County. Equity opportunities will be considered for advisors with a large enough book of business and/or a proven business development pipeline.

The preferred candidate will be able to deliver financial plans via MoneyGuidePro.
The advisor will act as an intermediary between BMM and clients and be active in developing new business. BMM will provide you with the operational and marketing support you need to elevate your business to the next level.

Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies to cultivate and engage new and varying target markets.
• Planning and managing resources to run a productive practice while seeking the expertise of specialists within the firm.
• Cultivate client base, generate referrals, and network to generate additional leads/opportunities
• Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and developments
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations
• Creating financial plans for high-net-worth clients

Skills:
• Proven working experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, private banker, investment specialist or relevant experience
• Track record of successful business development
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide appropriate data-based advice clearly and simply

Compensation:
• Match your current guaranteed base, plus 5%
• Commissions on new assets under management
• Share of financial planning fees
• Negotiable pay based on transferred-in clients and/ or success
