We take pride in treating people who require dialysis as well as providing ongoing care that supports our patients’ quality of life. Dr. Brockway and our Centers have been repeatedly recognized for outstanding program support by the State of Texas Kidney Foundation.

We are one of the few independent, privately owned and operated dialysis clinic operations serving San Antonio and the surrounding area. Our three Kidney Treatment Centers offer a variety of services to patients with End Stage Renal Disease. These include dialysis treatment options, hemodialysis, nutritional support, as well as social services support. 

Kidney & Blood Pressure Center offer ongoing care for patients with kidney-related disease such as chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, and many other conditions. Our goal is to improve our patient’s quality of life by meeting their medical needs.

Our team is led by Dr. Bruce A. Brockway, a board certified nephrologist and internist. With over 30 years of experience, he has an extensive knowledge in the areas of hypertension, geriatrics, critical care medicine, and nutritional support.  He is supported by a team of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, certified hemodialysis technicians, social workers, and a registered dietitian.
