Job Description

• Perform immunization responsibilities including pre-arrangement of supplies, supervision and assistance with set up and clean up, distributing information to clients, completing documentation, and other duties as needed in a timely manner. Act as a resource for the clerical personnel and clients.
• Administer Influenza/COVID vaccines. Records and dates injections for each client according to policy.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety and infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment. Adhere to universal precautions during each clinic.
• Responds appropriately to adverse reactions, injuries, and other emergencies including appropriate documentation of event. Informs Immunization Director immediately of any untoward events during the clinic.
• Assists in record-keeping of payments and inventories and verifies accuracy of collections.

• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
