Winston Medical Center, Louisville, MS is accepting applications for the position of Director of Nursing – Hospital to lead our team of dedicated nurses, techs and aides as they provide quality care to the patients we serve in the emergency room and the 14-bed inpatient unit.

We are looking for a strong leader who demonstrates skills and knowledge in the following areas: Staff scheduling, management/education of staff, budgeting for department, knowledge of MS State Minimum Standards of Care and strong clinical skills with the ability to cover shifts in the emergency department and inpatient unit.

Applicants must have Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school and a current MS Registered Nurse License. Five years of experience as a DON or equivalent supervisory nursing experience is also required. Applicants must possess, or be willing to obtain, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS certification.
