Business Operations Manager, IBM Corporation, Southbury, CT: Responsible for program management throughout the program life cycle. Lead the overall program framework planning, establish controls, monitor the progress, coordinate program key tasks, own stakeholder communication and business deliverables attainment. Coordinate, direct and implement projects and/or transformation activities to achieve outcomes and benefits of strategic importance to the business and program sponsor. Leverage proven program management methodology, strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Provide program strategic guidance, program support, and oversee all program deliverables. Collaborate across the organization and other stakeholders as required to meet program objectives. Advise management of strategic and tactical decisions, along with overall business program results. Plan, design and implement global CIO programs, including the creation and/or implementation of processes in an Agile environment. Provide strategic recommendations to CIO Directors to improve productivity while balancing service levels and costs. Design and implement process improvement and guidance for programs including recognition, rewards, engagement, internal communications, learning paths, and Agile practices, providing strategic recommendation to CIO Directors to improve the employee experience and increase productivity and retention. Manage client experience to build analysis and measurement of the success of the programs. Implement standardized process across all CIO for the programs. Utilize HR Cloud Technology (Workday, HRMS-SAP), Agile Master Iteration Manager, Project Management and UX Design, Global Program Management and Data Analytics (Workboard, Kenexa, Cognos, Brassring, EPAT, Jira and Excel). Required: Master’s degree or equivalent (employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Operations Manager or related.
